The WooliesX design team was finding it hard to keep up with demand from the business, so Designit stepped in to extend their team and accelerate several high-priority initiatives.
This work included enhancing the UX for Woolworth's Customer Chatbots, improving their B2B Customer Portal, as well as designing a staff companion app driving the daily business operations of Woolworths stores across Australia.
